A traditional deployment scenario includes a central point of control, which sends updates to server nodes. In our Zold cryptocurrency project we were forced to create a different and reversive deployment model, where distributed and anonymous servers pull updates from an open public repository and restart themselves. The biggest problems we had to solve were related to error tracking and resolving of exceptional situations. In the presentation I will demonstrate how it works and we will deploy a new version right on the stage.
